Parents Guide to Wrestling
Of the many sports in which your child your child can participate, Wrestling is perhaps the most misrepresented, misunderstood, and underrated. The ratio of participation to public awareness is remarkably lopsided. Each year hundreds of thousands of kids participate in this sport, yet the average person knows as much about wrestling as they might know about rugby or polo -- which combined, involve far fewer athletes.

The 2010 Registration begins on Feb 11th
Come register your wrestler and watch the Capital High School Wrestlers battle in the "Grapple for the Granite"
When: Thursday, February 11th 5pm to 7pm
Where: Capital High School Gym
Practices will be Tuesday & Thursday starting 2/16/10
K thru 2nd grade 6 to 7 pm, 3rd thru 6th grade 7 to 8 pm.
Jr. High and High School 3:30 to 5:00 pm
Costs: $50 club membership (USA wrestling card not included)
Please download and fill out the registration form and bring it with you to registration, along with a copy of your childs birth certificate.
